Embracing Talent: We Can Do Even Better!
Sustainable talent development has always been a key goal for us. To create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, MERRY officially announced its rejoining of the "TALENT, in Taiwan: Sustainable Talent Action Alliance" in 2024.
This year, we commit to the following for our talent:
1. Establish a diverse and inclusive work environment that embraces a wide range of employee backgrounds, ensuring equal treatment and that every employee's voice is heard, creating a happy and thriving workplace.
2. Provide diverse care options so that employees can achieve a balance between work and life, regardless of which stage they are in.
We will continue to support this initiative through action, collaborating with organizations such as 天下學習, Cheers快樂工作人, the Sustainable Talent Channel, and over 400 alliance partners to create a better future for every worker.
