Building upon our core values, we have developed short-, medium-, and long-term objectives and established six core pillars of Sustainable Development. These pillars are closely aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to rein-force corporate sustainability. We are dedicated to enhancing ESG disclosure and fostering a new era of shared prosperity for all stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers, government, society, and the environment.
Since 2023, the Sustainable Development and Nomination Committee has been established under the Board of Di[1]rectors, chaired by Independent Director Wu Hui-Huang. Reporting to this committee, the Sustainable Development Promotion Team is led by President Huang Chao-Feng, who concurrently serves as Chief Sustainability Officer. The Sustainability and Brand Value Development Office acts as the executive secretariat, responsible for consolidating corporate sustainability policies, systems, and man[1]Sustainable Development Promotion Team Every six months.
